Chief Executive Officer
Ron’s Career includes 15 years in public service investigative and management positions, 10 years as a Certified Practicing Accountant and 6 years in business in Indonesia. The past 10 years have been spent as the Chief Executive Officer for the YMCA of Perth where he has led the strategic development of YMCA Perth and its business growth.

Andy Buckton
Executive Manager - Corporate Services
Andy has been with the YMCA for over 15 years. His involvement started with the YMCA in Sheffield, UK. When he moved to Australia in 1999, he was engaged as the Centre Manager for the Goldfields Oasis in Kalgoorlie. As Executive Manager of Corporate Services he oversees the strategic development of the organisation.

Tania Baldwin
Executive Manager - Human Resources
Tania has worked in various roles and locations with the YMCA over the last 8 years. She has over 12 years’ experience working in various Human Resources roles, predominantly in the mining industry. Tania welcomes the opportunity for her and the team to support and grow the organisation through integrated HR practices.

Jennie Burns
Executive Manager - Family & Children's Services
Jennie has been with the YMCA of Perth for 10 years and in her current role as the Executive Manager of Family and Children's Services for the last 6 years. Before joining the YMCA, she worked in family day care and long day care in NSW. Jennie leads a team whose unique, family orientated approach to children's services have made them respected industry leaders.

Chris Camwell
Executive Manager - Youth & Community Services
Chris has over 20 years management experience in the education and community sectors. Since joining the YMCA in 1993, he has held a number of leadership and management positions within the organisation spanning recreation, governance, strategic planning, fundraising and - most prominently - youth services.

Rohan Gunton
Executive Manager - Recreation
Rohan joined YMCA Perth in 2003 after a number of years working in the field of recreation both in Australian and overseas. Loving a challenge, Rohan initially filled a number of roles at Aqua Jetty and Serpentine Recreation Centres. As Executive Manager of Recreation, he is responsible for overseeing all 9 recreation centres, Corporate Wellness, YMCA Active and YMCA Strong Kids programs.

Andrew Ballam
Executive Manager - Training
Andrew has been involved in training people in one form or another throughout his entire career and has worked exclusively in training and development roles for the last 9 years. In his time with the YMCA, the Training Department has grown from a single person to a staff of 12 and continues to expand.

Janelle Whyte
Finance Manager
At the onset of Janelle’s career in public practice as an audit specialist, YMCA Perth were one of her key clients. After gaining experience in public practice Janelle furthered her career in the field of commerce, during her time at PBL Group. Janelle has been with the YMCA for four years, and in her role as Finance Manager for three. Janelle has held her CPA qualifications for over four years and is well versed in all fields of Finance Management.
