Governance
YMCA Perth is comprised of two organisations; the YMCA of Perth Inc and YMCA of Perth Youth and Community Services Inc. The organisations are managed by a Board of Directors. This experienced Board is supported by, and reports to, a Council of Governing Members that provides resources to the Board, assisting strategic development and growth. Together they form the voting membership of the organisation.
This unique business model is underpinned by the high level of expertise our staff demonstrates every working day, managed by their Executive Managers. The Executive Management Team form a core group of highly experienced industry professionals, leading the organisation from stength to strength.
Our leadership structure invites innovation and improvements from any level of the organisation, providing staff with opportunities to contribute, whatever their position.
